Shopping List:

  • 1 16oz pack of gnocchi (frozen or vacuum packed)
  • 1 12oz pack of chicken sausage
  • Olive oil
  • 2 shallots
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 0.5 cup of chicken broth
  • 3 cups of baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup of whipping cream
  • Grated parmesan cheese

  • 3 cups of broccoli florets
  • 0.5 cup veggie broth
  • 0.25 cup of orange juice
  • 0.25 cup orange marmalade
  • 2.5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
