Shopping List:
- 1 16oz pack of gnocchi (frozen or vacuum packed)
- 1 12oz pack of chicken sausage
- Olive oil
- 2 shallots
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 cup of white wine
- 0.5 cup of chicken broth
- 3 cups of baby spinach
- 0.5 cup of whipping cream
- Grated parmesan cheese

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 cups chopped celery

- 10 sprigs fresh thyme*
- 3 cups finely chopped chicken breast or thighs

- 3 cups of broccoli florets
- 0.5 cup veggie broth
- 0.25 cup of orange juice
- 0.25 cup orange marmalade
- 2.5 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of ginger, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1.5 tablespoons corn starch
- 14-15 ounce block of tofu, pressed (to remove the liquid) and cut into bit sized pieces
